Dear Friends,
Namaskar and greetings. On behalf of OSUK, we would like to extend a hearty welcome to all to be part of the forthcoming annual convention “The 43rd Annual Convention of The Odisha Society of UK” to be held on the 27th and 28th of August 2022 in Stockport, Manchester.
As always OSUK is not possible without the participation and contribution of each member of the society. It has been a long time since we have been unable to meet with friends and families due to the covid restrictions. Let’s all leave the virtual world, join together and embrace the real world to promote a sense of togetherness and wellbeing.
The venue has been carefully chosen in Poynton High School, Yewtree Lane, Stockport, Greater Manchester, SK12 1PU. Poynton is a beautiful ancient town in the scenic Cheshire, nestled in the foothills of the Peak District National Park surrounded by the green belt of the Pennines, Macclesfield canal and the elegant Poynton pool.
Preparations are underway to make it yet another memorable event with plenty of fun filled activities for all age group. The two days will be filled with plenty of entertainment including stage shows, drama and talent shows. Renowned artists have been invited from Odisha to dazzle us with more details to follow in coming days.
